Job Summary

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a nursing home located in Co. Kilkenny.
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Work alongside the Director of Nursing to maintain the highest quality of patient care.
Guide and support nursing staff to promote a positive and encouraging team environment.
Participate in developing and implementing high-standard care practices policies and procedures.
Adhere to and exceed healthcare regulations and quality-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
At least 3 years of nursing management experience (preferred)
NMBI registration (required)
Valid nursing qualification with current professional registration
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment
Excellent communication organisational and teamwork skills
