Job Summary
This position is on-site in Long Island (Hauppauge NY).
500 hour engagement to start with likely extensions beyond that.
We are in need of a Security Subject Matter Expert/Technical Specialist in Governance Risk and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
500 hour engagement to start with likely extensions beyond that.
We are in need of a Security Subject Matter Expert/Technical Specialist in Governance Risk and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating cybersecurity policy and standards based on NIST framework.
- Design and implementation of specialized solutions particularly security or data center technologies.
- Identifying relevant Suffolk County cybersecurity laws and regulations.
- Defining risk-based compliance audit process against established cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Establishment of cybersecurity risk tracking risk mitigation and risk exception processes.
- 10 years of enterprise experience.
- Multiple industry and/or vendor certifications.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. (4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a degree).
