GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION (SKILLS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION):
- Systems-minded Demonstrated ability to identify problems and solve them both in the short and long term
- Competitive Have a passion for results and breaking records
- Highly relationalability to interact with a variety of people in a variety of circumstances
- Ability to effectively manage conflict or other tense/sensitive situations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to plan and execute events campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence a team.
- Ability to hear conversations (telephone or in-person) lift 50 lbs. and stand on feet for long periods of time
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Operations - 70% (30-32 hours a week)
- Minimums; 70% Operational hours/focus Supporting peak times of lunches & breakfasts as available.
- Minimum 2 Saturdays monthly
- Support peak hours and ensure all catering is handled to the highest standards.
Brand Exposure - 10% (4-5 hours a week)
- Work with the marketing specialist to post daily on social media - creating emotional connections with guests while promoting store specials
- Build partnerships with local businesses schools and organizations to expand brand presence.
- Organize and execute Cow appearances at community events
- Create occasions to care through executing store events (e.g. bingo reading hour daddy/daughter trivia nights etc)
- Create and implement marketing initiatives that highlight menu offerings and seasonal promotions.
- Use digital platforms and local media to expand brand awareness and deepen guest engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints aligning with Chick-fil-As national standards while tailoring to the local community.
Sales growth - 10% (4-5 hours a week)
- Develop and execute strategies that increase catering delivery and in-restaurant sales.
- Grow breakfast sales through systematic sampling of breakfast menu items
- Grow catering sales through introducing area businesses to our catering menu
- Create and execute a quarterly calendar for marquee messaging
- Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to meet and exceed growth targets.
Other duties - (2-3 hours a week)
- Weekly Director meeting - prepare and lead an update on your area each week during the directors meeting
- Lead a weekly team meeting to ensure your team is on the same page
- Work with other directors to ensure staffing is appropriate for your team AND additional staffing is ready for catering
- Collaborate with the Operator Director Team and Marketing Team to align growth goals with operational excellence.
- Provide clear goals and measurable outcomes balancing CHALLENGE with encouragement.
- Equip leaders and team members with tools and training to champion sales and community initiatives.
Guest Experience & Community Impact
- Weekly Director meeting - prepare and lead an update on your area each week during the directors meeting
- Cultivate occasions to caredesigning experiences that surprise and delight guests.
- Represent the restaurant at community events networking opportunities and sponsorships.
- Strengthen guest loyalty through creative programs community partnerships and feedback initiatives.
