Location: Chatham MA 02601
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week MonFri (7:30 AM4:00 PM 8:00 AM4:30 PM or 8:30 AM5:00 PM)
Travel Pay Range: $57$65/hour

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chatham MA. The therapist will provide high-quality rehabilitative care deliver evidence-based treatments and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support strong patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and set measurable treatment goals.
Develop implement and modify individualized treatment plans.
Conduct diagnostic assessments of muscle nerve and joint function.
Administer therapy treatments and track patient progress.
Document care treatment outcomes and communications accurately.
Educate patients and families on exercises mobility and home care programs.
Support and guide PT Assistants Aides and students as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety quality and infection control standards.
Participate in team meetings training and continuing education.
Record daily patient activities and associated charges.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts PT license
Current BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Specialist certification in a clinical practice area
Experience in rehab program planning staff development or clinical mentoring
