Senior AI/ML Engineer - Data Science & AI

The Team and Your Role

Were a diverse team that believes AI innovation creates value through intelligent solutions. Were seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver innovative AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment leveraging advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems influence project direction and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead AI/ML design discussions contribute to system architecture documents and solve complex problems using advanced technical concepts

• Own entire AI/ML projects from design through deployment collaborating with Product Managers Data Scientists and cross-functional teams

• Provide guidance and training to junior staff while contributing to strategic technical decisions across the organization

• Troubleshoot complex production issues champion MLOps and security best practices and drive adoption of emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years AI/ML engineering experience with university degree in Computer Science AI/ML Data Science or equivalent

• Expert-level Python skills with deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks design patterns and complex system architectures

• Solid experience with Large Language Models fine-tuning prompt engineering and multi-agent systems/frameworks

• Advanced AWS knowledge for AI/ML workloads distributed systems serverless computing (Lambda) and data streaming platforms (Kafka)

• Proficient in CI/CD tooling for ML pipelines Git with model versioning testing-first mindset and systematic problem-solving

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to mentor team members and influence technical decisions

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Deep machine learning knowledge advanced engineering practices and understanding of enterprise AI governance

• Experience with tool-using AI agents autonomous systems and advanced reinforcement learning

• Event-driven architecture for AI systems advanced microservices patterns and infrastructure as code

• Understanding of model release cycles ability to size complex development activities and proof-of-concept experience

• Collaborative mindset with an appreciation for authenticity and diverse perspectives
