Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)for an exciting job in Montour Falls NY.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs administering medications and supporting prescribed treatments.
Observe and document patient conditions accurately and report changes to supervising staff.
Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene mobility and comfort care.
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
Follow all infection control safety and quality assurance standards.
Ensure patient rooms equipment and supplies are clean organized and ready for use.
Collaborate with nurses physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.
Respond effectively to emergencies while maintaining professionalism.
Work every other weekend and scheduled holidays as part of the care team.

Qualifications

License: Active unrestricted LPN/LVN license in New York (or compact equivalent).
Certification: Current BLS (Basic Life Support).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in an acute or long-term care setting preferred.
Skills: Strong communication clinical observation and patient care abilities.
