Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical care and support within an onsite occupational health setting. The RN will deliver emergency response minor first aid post-offer health screenings and maintain accurate medical documentation. This role requires strong clinical judgment the ability to work independently and a commitment to confidentiality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care for occupational and non-occupational health concerns.
Respond to emergencies and provide initial stabilization and assessment.
Perform post-offer medical and health screenings for new hires.
Document all clinical encounters accurately and maintain confidential medical records.
Support daily occupational health operations and additional duties as required.

Requirements

Active and unencumbered RN license in Indiana.
Preferred: 2 years of occupational health or related clinical experience.
Strong clinical assessment skills and independent decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
