We have an exciting role on offer within our Growth service as a Cyclic Work Planner.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Regeneration directorate. The successful candidate will be part of the Built Asset Team. The team manages and maintains all building assets for the council via a Corporate Landlord Model.
The purpose of the post is to provide support to the Property Services department as the Cyclic Work Planner. To monitor and manage the present Planned Maintenance orders and associated programmes within the Councils Asset management system Civica. To investigate efficiencies report findings in a clear concise manner to budget holders and service managers. To provide the Logistics and Compliance Manager with information regarding the PPM performance of the Internal DLO team and external Contractors service costs system faults and bugs within the PPM module of Civica and assist with other areas of the teams service provision when required.
Provide ad hoc training and technical support to MBC site managers and to act as an internal help-line for the Civica Asset management system as needed.
The candidate will have experience of building related software i.e. Civica and extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word. Will require excellent communication and creative skills be an effective team player and be able to resolve technical issues independently.
