Job Summary

Support Worker

Earn 12.60 per hour 34 days off and health cash plan worth 1170 each year

Fixed Term Contract (initially 3 Months potential to extend) Full Time (37.5 hpw)

What youll do

Support customers with daily living tasks building independence and achieving goals in support plans
Assist with meals shopping budgeting tenancy and moving towards independent living.
Complete risk assessments support planning goal setting and reviews.
Time for chats relationship building and teamwork no rushing between customers.

The practical bits

Occasionally our customers needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible we will always try to reciprocate
Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
Confident using technology for plans training and collaboration
Rata based working with the earliest start of 7.45am and the latest finish of 20.45pm.
