Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Rehabilitation Physical Therapistfor an exciting Travel job in South Dennis MA.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations establish measurable treatment goals and develop individualized plans of care.
Conduct diagnostic assessments of musculoskeletal neuromuscular and functional abilities.
Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions based on patient progress.
Maintain thorough clinical documentation for treatment education and interdisciplinary communication.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing care.
Supervise and mentor PT Assistants Aides and students; support onboarding of new team members.
Uphold departmental policies safety standards and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in professional meetings continuing education and skills development.
Complete daily patient records and billing/charge documentation.
Consistently deliver service aligned with core values of compassion accountability respect excellence and service.

Qualifications

Bachelors (or higher) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills (English required).

Preferred / Clinical Specialist Consideration (S19T):

Recognized Specialty Certification in a focused clinical area.
Acts as a clinical resource and supports program development or supervision.
