Education Requirement:
Doctor of Pharmacy (preferred) or bachelors degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Licensure Requirement:
Licensure or licensure-eligibility to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio.
Certifications:
Immunization administration basic life support required or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
Skills:
Experience:
Community Pharmacy/Retail Experience or internship preferred.
