Job Summary
As You Wish Electric Plumbing Heating & Air is hiring for a Residential Journeyman Service Plumber!
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to residential customers while adhering to safety standards plumbing codes and company procedures. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with administrative proficiency to support service operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Journeyman Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters drains fixtures and piping.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining diagnoses solutions and costs to customers.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to avoid plumbing emergencies.
- Work with office staff on prepare and submit required documentation for plumbing permits and ensure compliance with state and local codes.
- Stay up-to-date on regulations and certifications required for plumbing services and administrative licensing.
- Valid PL01 or PL02 license (Washington State or Idaho) REQUIRED
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing systems.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to representing As You Wish with professionalism.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms preferred.
