Shift: Day 5x8s
Pay Rate (Local): $50$55/hour ($2000 $2200 weekly)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist -Rehabilitationfor an exciting job in South Dennis MA.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish measurable treatment goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on clinical findings.
Conduct diagnostic assessments of muscle nerve joint and functional abilities.
Administer therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Document patient care progress notes education and interdisciplinary communications.
Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and home-care programs.
Supervise and mentor PT Assistants Aides and students; assist with onboarding of new staff.
Adhere to departmental policies quality standards and safety protocols.
Participate in team meetings professional development and continuing education.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of daily notes and billing/charge capture.
Demonstrate service excellence aligned with organizational values: Compassion Accountability Respect Excellence and Service.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills in English.

Preferred:

Recognized Specialist Certification.
Experience serving as a clinical resource and supporting specialty program development.
