Responsibilities:
- Assist as needed the parts department by finding the correct parts quickly and accurately
- Manage inventory and keep parts correctly organized
- Stay current on parts policies and return procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations affecting parts operations
- Oversee parts are received and delivered promptly as needed
- Aid in inventory control and assist with stock management
- Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with service to ensure timely parts availability
Qualifications:
- Able to grasp new concepts quickly and accurately
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs and good physical stamina
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with parts catalogs inventory systems and point-of-sale software
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
Commission pay is commensurate with experience - $30000.00 to $40000.00 annually.
