Position Summary
The Leadership Academy Program Manager will lead the implementation coordination and sustainment of the Leadership Academyan enterprise initiative designed to strengthen leadership capability accountability and operational excellence across the organization. This role ensures alignment with Company development frameworks site leadership and functional teams while driving disciplined project execution and continuous improvement.
As the central program manager you will orchestrate efforts between site leadership functional leaders and external partners to engage the network in existing leadership frameworks tools and learning solutions ensuring they are effectively applied and measured for impact.
