Job Summary

Description

Devsinc is hiring an Associate AI Backend Engineer skilled in Python and eager to grow in Generative AI Computer Vision and Machine Learning. Youll work with senior engineers to train fine-tune and deploy AI models for real-world applications. The role requires hands-on experience in deploying and serving LLMs and ML models at scale and building cloud-hosted API endpoints on AWS Azure or GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

Create backend APIs and implement server-side logic using FastAPI Django or Flask.
Collaborate with the ML team to deploy new model versions manage model routing and optimize resource allocation.
Assist in training and fine-tuning LLMs Vision-Language Models and Diffusion Models under senior guidance.
Support Computer Vision tasks including object detection and image classification.
Develop and maintain data preprocessing and ingestion pipelines for training and evaluation.
Deploy and test AI models via APIs in containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes).
Contribute to MLOps workflows: experiment tracking model versioning and performance monitoring.
Integrate pre-trained or third-party models (OpenAI Hugging Face etc.) into production systems.
Stay updated with the latest tools frameworks and advancements in AI Deep Learning and Generative AI.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or related field.
Experience: 06 to 12 Months (internship freelance or academic project experience in AI/ML).
Strong foundation in Python OOP Algorithms Git CI/CD.
Hands-on understanding of NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch.
Good understanding of ML algorithms preprocessing and evaluation metrics.
Exposure to model deployment concepts and workflows.
Strong skills in Docker and basic understanding of Kubernetes.
Familiarity with transformers CNNs diffusion models and fine-tuning concepts.
Basic knowledge of statistics probability and data analysis.
Exposure to data visualization tools: Matplotlib Seaborn Plotly.
Experience with REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) is preferred.
