Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content including display ads email graphics social media assets presentations and print collateral based on pre-defined templates.
- Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency and compliance across all formats.
- Deliver production-ready assets with minimal creative input incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
- Ensure visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables and maintain quality under tight timelines.
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in visual or graphic design preferably in a high-volume production environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
- Familiarity with digital print and editorial formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
- Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Organized reliable and comfortable working within systems and under direction.
- Experience managing shifting priorities and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new tools platforms and applications as needed.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams and business units.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with content management platforms such as AEM.
- Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (financial pharma legal).
- Understanding of marketing workflows and collaborative review cycles.
- Interest in brand governance and production quality assurance.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency:Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience in industries such as media publishing or enterprise services.
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Participation in small-scale design operations or governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML) and their design implications.
- Involvement in design events communities or publications.
- Experience working with international or multicultural product audiences.
