As an Auto Insurance Associate at HUB youll play a key role in driving business success. Youll leverage your insurance expertise to actively sell solutions hit performance targets and deliver an exceptional client experience. What Youll Bring to Our Team

• Level 1 General Insurance License

• Hands-on insurance experience ideally in auto or related lines

• Proven track record in sales and meeting/exceeding targets

• A self-starter mentality with strong drive and accountability

• Customer-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented organized and able to multitask under pressure

• Thrives in a collaborative high-energy environment

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients teammates and auto dealership partners

• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets

• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals new plates transfers cancellations debt payments and more

• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics

• Support your branch by taking calls managing administrative tasks and contributing to a high-performing team

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $40000 to $45000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits disability insurance RRSP matching paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
