- Position: ESL Teacher
- Location: Texas
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Total Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week
- Duration of Contract: New School Year 202526
- Plan develop and deliver engaging English language instruction tailored to students language proficiency levels
- Develop and implement lessons that integrate listening speaking reading and writing skills
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds of students
- Assess student progress using formal and informal assessments and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with general education teachers administrators and parents to support student growth and language development
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages risk-taking in language learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and progress reports
- Stay current with best practices in ESL education and participate in ongoing professional development
- Bachelors degree in Education TESOL Linguistics or a related field required
- Masters degree in TESOL or Education preferred
- Valid California Teaching Credential with English Learner Authorization (CLAD TESOL or equivalent) required
- Previous experience teaching English Language Learners (ELLs) in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication cultural competency and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for language instruction
