Part-Time OT Flexible Hours Supportive Team
Greenvale NY 24 hrs/week $45/hr

What Youll Do:
- Provide one-on-one outpatient occupational therapy to patients of all ages
- Evaluate plan and implement customized treatment programs to restore function and independence
- Fabricate custom splints as needed and adjust treatments to maximize results
- Perform and document thorough patient assessments and progress notes
- Develop and guide plans of care in collaboration with patients families and physicians
- Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and will train the right new graduate.
Qualifications :
- Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
- NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
- Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
- Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to evidence-based patient-centered care
- Sensory integration experience a plus
