Technical & Functional

1. Good knowledge in hardware testing assembling and hardware debugging
2. Should be able to read and understand schematics and layout
3. Should have good analytical and technical skills to analyse PCB board to isolate faults
4. Should be well versed with testing equipment like oscilloscope function generator logic analyser spectrum analyser etc
5. Should be able to create wiring diagram for embedded test automation based on various development boards for processors (ST TI NXP) etc.
6. Should be well versed with creating automation test scripts for various test equipment like oscilloscope spectrum analyser Signal generator Power supplies etc.
7. Create and maintain automated test scripts using Labview Python and other relevant tools
8. Introduce automation in the testing process to enhance efficiency using tools such as PyTest or Robot Framework.
9. Gets involved in Requirement reviews to ensure completeness of Deployment scenarios Use cases & Testability aspects of Functional & Non-Functional requirements
10. Closely works with Offering Team understand the customer requirements and derive Develop Acceptance Criteria to validate the product against acceptance criteria.
11. Co-Work within scrum team plan the Testing activities Estimate the efforts Raise Product defects and conduct effective triage.
12. Develops Test Case Test Plan & Test strategyto validate theFunctional Non-Functional requirements for product
13. Develop Regression Test Strategy based on Impact Analysis of fixed defects
14. Identifies Test Automation & Simulation requirements early in the life cycle & supports in execution of the same
15. Provides debug support to Development Team to identify root causes of defects
16. Develops and maintains Defect Report on daily basis and weekly report out

Business Acumen

1. Participates in Observation Voice of Customer (OVoC) and in Concept reviews in early phases of Product Development Life Cycle as needed
2. Stays up to date with happenings in the Industry & Competition space of the relevant business verticals and drives best practices in Mobile/Cloud/Big data testing.
3. Has clear understanding of product roadmaps and release plans.

1. Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Computer Science Electronics Electrical Instrumentation or Mechanical
2. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project engineering/testing in relevant industry space
3. At least 3 years of experience in in leading the technical and delivery

• Very Good knowledge on hardware test equipments
• Very Good knowledge PCB debugging skills
• Good understanding of PCB design concepts and hardware schematics
• Very Good knowledge in hardware testing and test script automation for various test equipments
• Strong technical competency on Fire Alarm systems domain
• Should have in-depth hands-on experience in installing commissioning & maintenance of fire alarm system Preferred experience in Honeywell brand Fire Panels
• Knowledge of Various Fire Detector working principle and its applications is a must
• Experience of usage of Fire Panel commissioning tools is mandatory
• Experience of testing and troubleshooting of Fire panel at site for proper functioning & Inspect is must
• Hands on work experience on VESDA Beam Detector Flame Detectors Line Detectors are added advantage
• Capable of understanding product software requirements and design test cases.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is added advantage.
• Experience in writing scripts for test automation.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks such PyTest

or any other relevant tools.

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools .

3. Should be able to understand & communicate complex technical terms into layman understanding acronyms
4. Experience in MS Office tools like Outlook Excel PPT & Word.
