Woodard & Curran a progressive operations and maintenance and engineering consulting firm is seeking men and women who are interested in a career in water and wastewater utilities. We manage and operate water and wastewater systems for our clients with proficiency integrity creativity and tenacity. That is how we make a difference to our customers and our planet. What will you be doing

Positions are available for inexperienced individuals looking for their first full-time job licensed for experienced operations and maintenance professionals or those in the water/sewer industry seeking to make a career change.

Those filling these rewarding full-time positions will be part of a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities equipment and/or process control at water and wastewater facilities.

Schedule: This position is eligible for overtime.

Winter Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm plus overtime.
Summer Schedule: 6:30am - 3:00pm

What will you need to succeed

    • Positive attitude and work ethic.
    • High School graduate or equivalent. A mechanical/technical/vocational school background or experience would be a plus.
    • A valid Missouri motor vehicle operators license. A commercial drivers license (CDL) would be a plus.
    • The ability to perform manual labor. Must be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
    • Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check pre-placement physical and drug screen before employment.
$25.50 - $27 an hour
The salary ranges given below are a national average only and may be different for this role based on specific collective bargaining agreements or contract requirements.

Please reference this project specific pay range addition for facilities that are unionized and receive benefits through the union the benefits may differ from what is listed.

Project Specific Pay Range: $25.50 - $27.00/hour

Vacation: Accrued based on years of experience and calculated on hours worked
