As aCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)at Allina Health Restorative Suitesyoull help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care daily activities and treatments. Youll take document care support activity programs and report changes in condition to the RN. Join our team if youre a caring dependable CNA who thrives in a supportive mission-driven environment.

Position Type:On-Call

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature blood pressure weight pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude reaction and appetite to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Current MinnesotaNursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
• Ability to read write comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
