Job Summary
Works closely with the Research Institute leadership to establish management systems and develop strategies that will benefit the institutes scientific programs. This person acts as a strategic partner working closely with the Institutes leadership team and program directors to ensure integration of projects within a program strategy framework. Supports activities needed to secure funding opportunities and monitor progress towards Institute and programmatic goals.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in a related five (5) years of research-related experience including at least two (2) years of project/program two (2) years of supervisory success managing and integrating multiple projects across an in grant writing.

Compensation Range
$107431.00 - $161147.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
