Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions for patients with orthopedic conditions.
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow including double-booked follow-up visits as needed.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Adhere to clinic policies regarding overtime scheduling and daily operations.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific as required)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and time-management skills
