As a Process Engineer youll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data perform hardware characterization and troubleshoot engineering issues. Youll also measure film properties generate technical documentation and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment learn and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects.Looking for a motivated and hands-on Process engineer to support the setup and ramp of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing this role youll collaborate across engineering and operations to drive creating transfer package to for smooth technology transfer from R&D and ramp to full production. Experience and discipline in process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) will be critical to a successful and efficient fab ramp-up.
Responsibilities:
- Review existing R&D processes and propose plan to ensure readiness to transfer
- Create a comprehensive checklist to ensure successful transfer of processes and materials
- Collaborate with R&D process integration operations and hardware teams to ensure completing the checklist on time to meet timeline needed to start HVM operations
- Track and manage schedules deliverables and risks for technology transfer and production milestones
- Coordinate and support training of ramp engineers from HVM site
- Support tools and process qualifications at HVM site
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Comfortable working across time zones collaborating with remote teams and supporting factory-side execution
- Discipline tracking and driving deliverables to completion
- Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 50%)

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
