| DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Operate and optimise Kubernetes (GKE) clusters for scalability reliability and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Orchestrate workflows and automation using Argo Workflows.
• Implement and maintain observability stacks using Grafana Prometheus and Loki.
• Manage and configure Nginx ingress controllers SSL certificates and routing.
• Maintain and monitor PostgreSQL databases for performance reliability and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.
• Maintain ISO certification requirements ensure infrastructure and operational practices comply with security privacy and reliability standards (including documentation monitoring and audits).
• Continuously drive improvements in automation cost optimisation and infrastructure reliability.

Requirements:

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of GCP Terraform/Terragrunt and Kubernetes (GKE).
  
• Proven experience with GitHub Actions ArgoCD and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
  
• Experience with Grafana Prometheus and Loki for monitoring and logging.
  
• Strong understanding of Nginx setup and maintenance in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
  
• Experience managing PostgreSQL at scale.
  
• Strong scripting skills (Bash Python or similar).
  
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks (SOC 2 GDPR etc.).
  
• Strong communication and documentation habits with attention to operational excellence.

Advantages:

• Experience with Crossplane for cloud resource management via Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and alerting.
  
• Understanding of or Python applications and their CI/CD pipelines.
