The Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board is responsible for providing administrative support to the network President and Chief Executive Officer; overseeing all planning coordination and administrative support activities for the Community Health Network Board of Directors board committees and affiliate boards. This critical role ensures alignment consistency and excellence in basic and advanced administrative functions as well as board support processes across the organization.
The Sr. Executive Assistant will:
Serve as the primary contact for the Board managing meeting preparation agendas minutes and records. Coordinate board and committee activities manage the online Board Portal and support board member orientation and education.
Manage the CEOs schedule communications and confidential projects. Anticipate needs solve problems proactively and act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and develop the executive administrative team fostering collaboration consistency and continuous improvement. Standardize processes and documentation and promote professional development.
Lead special projects oversee office operations related to executive activities manage budgets and resources and drive process improvements.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others have excellent communication and strategic thinking skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Applicants should also have:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelors Degree preferred
Five (5) or more years of experience in executive support office management or a related field preferably supporting C-suite executives
Experience supporting and corresponding with board members
Experience leading or supervising others is preferred
Exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills
High integrity discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
