Shift: Days & Nights 7:00 AM7:30 PM / 7:00 PM7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $55$60/hr
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatricsfor an exciting job in New York NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in both critical care and general units.
Monitor patient conditions interpret vital signs and document clinical findings accurately.
Administer medications IV fluids and blood products per provider orders.
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Educate and support patients families regarding treatments procedures and discharge planning.
Adhere to infection control safety and hospital protocols.
Respond effectively to pediatric emergencies and deliver timely interventions.
Requirements:
Active New York State RN license.
Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric experience required.
Required experience in the following areas:
Pediatric ICU (PICU)
NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
Pediatric Med-Surg/Telemetry
Current BLS and PALS certifications.
