Schedule: No scheduling mandation

• Work an average of three (3) shifts per calendar month.
• Regular weekend coverage is expected.
• Must be available to work a minimum of two (2) holidays per year.

Shift Differentials Holiday and Weekend Differentials: Beginning 2:30 pm 10:30 pm $1:90 Beginning 10:31 pm -7 am $1.35 Weekend Fri 10:31 pm Sun 11:00 pm $1.00.

Pay Range: $32.61- $41.09/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30 2026)

What Youll Do in This Role:

• At Kresge our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents while focusing on quality treatment and comfort.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients.
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
• Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care.

What Youll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN).
• Active State of Michigan LPN License.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly.
• Ability to safely lift push pull and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
