Job Summary

The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors and leasing office parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds.

Duties

Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors and leasing office parking lots and other community buildings.
Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
Assist in the preparation of market ready units including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical carpentry and electrical problems.
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments models clubhouse and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year fulltime related experience.
Willingness to perform all required tasks.
Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.
Ability to professionally represent the company.
Able to work oncall (as necessary and/or an emergency arises) and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).
Attention to detail meticulous.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Ability to interact effectively with staff and residents.
Ability to work individually and with a team.
