The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors and leasing office parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds.
Duties
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds amenities building exteriors and leasing office parking lots and other community buildings.
- Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
- Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical carpentry and electrical problems.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments models clubhouse and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year fulltime related experience.
- Willingness to perform all required tasks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.
- Ability to professionally represent the company.
- Able to work oncall (as necessary and/or an emergency arises) and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).
- Attention to detail meticulous.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to interact effectively with staff and residents.
- Ability to work individually and with a team.
