This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Marketing Manager Marketing Director or Marketing Lead with strong experience in the AEC or architecture industry and a flair for strategic communication and brand leadership.

Office:

Location: New York City
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday (Hybrid schedule)

Duties:

Collaborate directly with firm Principals and senior leadership to deliver a forward-thinking marketing strategy
Lead and mentor the internal Marketing team to elevate the firms brand and storytelling
Drive Business Development initiatives building the firms Client Network and identifying new growth opportunities
Oversee all marketing collateral including proposals presentations awards submissions and digital assets
Manage the firms website social media and communications calendar to maintain a strong public presence in New York City and beyond
Coordinate internal and external Meetings debriefs and speaking engagements

Requirements:

Strong experience in marketing within the architecture engineering or construction industry
A background in managing marketing and Business Development campaigns in a creative or design-focused environment
Exceptional writing editing and visual communication skills
Confident managing multiple priorities Meetings and deadlines in a fast-paced studio setting
A natural collaborator with a passion for sustainability design and expanding the firms Client Network in New York City
