Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking EEG Technologistfor an exciting job in Akron OH.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine extended and STAT EEG studies following professional and facility standards.
Prepare patients ensuring comfort safety and proper electrode application.
Monitor real-time EEG activity and patient behavior to identify abnormalities.
Document procedures clearly and accurately.
Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues as needed.
Collaborate with clinical teams to support diagnostic accuracy.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control safety and patient confidentiality policies.
Participate in scheduled weekend rotations.

Qualifications:

Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) Required
Minimum 2 years of EEG experience
Strong knowledge of neurodiagnostic protocols and waveform interpretation
BLS (AHA) preferred (may vary by facility requirements)
