Role description:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. Youll benefit from training and development mentoring and assistance foraccreditations relevant to your programme as well as the support and guidanceyou need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

As a consultant joining GROW youll be working within a diverse team of consultants cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. Youll be responsible for your own deliverables liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

Role accountabilities:

Arcadis is a leader in using technology to help address transport challenges as well as designing implementing and operating technology-led transport solutions around the world. As part of the Transport Technology Team you will work alongside our team of consultants to help analyse complex transport problems to identify and develop technology-led solutions. You will be involved in everything from research and strategy development through to design implementation and evaluation helping shape the future of transport across the UK and beyond.

• Accepted Degrees:BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc in Engineering IT-related subject Mathematics Physics or related degree

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant masters or bachelors degree
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience Creativity Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
