This is a hybrid position and the selected candidate will also train to become a part-time Treatment Coordinator.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Phone skills

You will work a variety of shifts:

• 8:00 am - 5:15 pm Monday - Wednesday
• 7:00 am - 3:45 pm on Thursdays

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR (HYBRID)

Your primary responsibility will be managing our appointment schedule ensuring that each patient is scheduled efficiently and effectively. Additionally you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally answering phone calls addressing patient inquiries and assisting with any concerns they may have. Your friendly and empathetic nature will shine through as you build rapport with patients making them feel welcome and valued. This role requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
