Job Summary
The Senior Custodian performs routine cleaning housekeeping and upkeep of campus buildings or area of assignment.
Responsibilities
- Operates light equipment such as vacuums shampooers extractors buffers and scrubbers
- Cleans and sanitizes floors restrooms walls and furniture in offices and institutional buildings and facilities
- Restocks supplies
- Empties and sanitizes garbage containers and removes recyclables/trash to disposal areas
- Mixes and utilizes cleaning solutions and chemicals

Qualifications
Minimum:
Typically requires a high school diploma or the equivalent. A valid drivers license is required.
