JOB TITLE: Gun Assembly Parts Cleaner

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing Gun Assembly

REPORTS TO: Gun Assembly Supervisor

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

This position is responsible for supporting KAC departments by cleaning and preparing parts for sequential processing.

SPECIAL TRAINING NEEDED:

None

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum of one to three years previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Valid Drivers License.

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:

Clean & prep parts and weapons for KAC department needs; before and after test including disassembly and reassembly.
Must be proficient with hand tools.
Mechanical/assembly experience preferred.
Must have thorough knowledge of safety and correct procedures for performing tasks to prevent personal injury or damage
to product and/or equipment.
Has a strong personal standard when it comes to safety quality and productivity.
Self-motivated.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Adhere to all departmental ISO procedures and policies.
Follow firearm safety procedures and maintain security of weapons.
Monitor min/max levels for all consumables/cleaning and report needs to supervisor.
Cleans work areas and cleaning equipment at end of shift daily.
Ensures product quality using visual inspection techniques during cleaning process.
Moves product to and from designated areas as required.
Follow Safety and Haz Mat procedures and report all injuries to supervisor.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Maintain the confidentiality of Knight Enterprises LLC designs data procedures and
processes.
