About the Role

Were looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to help bridge the gap between design and this role youll develop the processes tools and infrastructure that ensure our hardware is built efficiently reliably and at scale. Youll collaborate closely with hardware test and operations teams to turn engineering designs into production-ready assemblies.

What Youll Do

Design and implement test processes for hardware assembly and validation.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to incorporate design-for-manufacturability and testability principles.
Develop scalable production systems that meet high standards for throughput cost and quality.
Lead facilities and workflow planning including floor layout and material flow optimization.
Identify and implement tooling and equipment needs using internal resources or external vendors.
Develop and maintain production documentation including work instructions and MES databases.
Continuously improve manufacturing efficiency through automation data analysis and process optimization.

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline.
1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment through professional academic or project-based experience.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes test development and process documentation.
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including hardware test and operations.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced engineering environment.
Background in scaling hardware products from prototype to high-volume production.
Experience integrating automation or data-driven improvements into production workflows.
Familiarity with PLM ERP MRP or MES systems.
Hands-on experience designing or implementing production tooling and fixtures.

$80000 - $110000 a year

Compensation

In addition to the provided base salary range this role also offers premium comprehensive benefits (Medical Dental Vision) PTO and Stock Options.
