In this strategic role youll identify plan and execute initiatives that enhance operational efficiency quality and scalability. By leveraging AI technologies youll help shape the future of how we worksmarter faster and more sustainably.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across business units
- Design and implement AI-based solutions to boost efficiency and performance
- Lead cross-functional teams (IT business units data science) through project lifecycles
- Develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses
- Ensure projects meet timelines budgets and quality standards
- Assess and manage risks related to AI applications including ethical legal and data privacy concerns
- Create mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Drive change management and train employees on responsible AI usage
- Monitor and continuously enhance implemented solutions
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management ideally focused on process optimization
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies machine learning and data analytics
- Experience with tools such as Power BI Python R or AI platforms (e.g. Azure AI AWS ML)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Lean Management Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven success in implementing AI-driven process improvements with measurable impact
