Job Summary

Site Director MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 20.50 PER HOUR- Before and After School Program at Matapeake and Centreville Elementary School

Location:

Matapeake Elementary School 651 Romoncoke Rd Stevensville MD and Centreville Elementary School

Hours:

AM Shift: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM
PM Shift: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:

$20.50 per hour

State Licensing Qualifications:
To qualify you must meet one of the following criteria:

High school diploma or GED
At least 6 credits from an accredited college or university

Additionally you must have one of the following:

6 semester hours 90 clock hours or equivalent approved pre-service training including 45 hours in school-age curriculum and 45 hours in child growth and development
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential from the Council for Professional Recognition
Approval as a teacher by MSDE for early childhood education (including Nursery - Grade 3) with at least 6 semester hours in early childhood education
MSDE or state certification for early childhood education (including Nursery - Grade 3)

Experience Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working directly with children in an approved setting (such as a licensed childcare center school or similar environment)
OR 1 year as a registered family child care provider
