Im Jonas Wulff Head of ACE Product Engineering - Backend & Voice and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. What youll do:

• Collaborate within a cross-functional Scrum team including a product owner scrum master test manager and experienced system developers.

• Develop and maintain high-impact features and services in multi-tenant and single-tenant systems using Erlang and Rust.

• Take full ownership of core backend services with the autonomy to influence technical direction and product evolution.

• Work with a diverse tech stack including Riak PostgreSQL Microsoft SQL Server Valkey RabbitMQ Kafka and more.

• Contribute to automation observability and deployment using tools like GitHub Actions Grafana Docker Kubernetes and Linux.

• Participate in agile development practices continuously improving processes and delivering value to customers across public and private sectors.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• A strong interest in secure reliable distributed systems and a willingness to become proficient in languages like Erlang and Rust.

• Being a curiosity-driven self-starter who takes ownership and strives for high-quality software engineering.

• A bold mindset that challenges the status quo and actively proposes improvements to systems and processes.

• Experience working in agile teams within large organizations especially on complex and long-term product development.

• A DevSecOps approach combined with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate flexibly within a team.

• Openness to learning new domains and technologies with bonus experience in areas like containerization CI/CD observability and microservices.
