Admission RN Home Health

What Youll Do

Complete patient admissions and develop care plans
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members
Provide quality care in the patients home
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Manage your schedule and workload independently

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher
Active Pennsylvania RN license
Valid drivers license
1 year experience with electronic medical records
BLS certification; ACLS preferred
Home health or related experience preferred

Schedule
Four 10-hour shifts (e.g. Friday Monday or Saturday Tuesday) with three days in the field and one day remote/administrative. Flexible weekdays during the first six weeks for orientation and training.
