Job Title: Cognos BI Developer (Framework Manager Transformer SQL Social Services Reporting)

Location: Rensselaer NY(Hybrid)

Qualifications:

Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements translating them into effective analytical and reporting solutions.
Designed developed and maintained Framework Manager and Transformer models with strong troubleshooting and performance optimization expertise.
Created modified and enhanced complex reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos tools to meet diverse business and operational needs.
Utilized SQL extensively for data analysis report development and performance tuning including implementing conditional formatting and combining multiple queries for comprehensive reporting.
Conducted thorough testing and validation of all reports and analytics prior to production deployment ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Delivered user support and troubleshooting assistance for social services related reporting ensuring timely issue resolution and user satisfaction.
Earned a Bachelors Degree demonstrating a solid academic foundation and analytical skill set.
