Job Summary
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Mechanical Project Manager:
#1. Project management experience leading mechanical engineering projects from start to finish
#2. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure
#3. Strong technical background in HVAC plumbing and mechanical systems design
#4. Excellent communication and client coordination skills
#5. Proven experience managing project budgets schedules and profitability
Requirements of the Mechanical Project Manager:
- B.S. in engineering or equivalent with a PE license.
- At least five years of experience in consulting engineering working on a wide range of projects. Previous experience as a project manager and professional registration (PE) in some or all of the states covered by the office preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
