Northrop Grumman is looking for a Test Engineer to support our Advanced Technology Software Engineering Team.

As a member of the Software Engineering department youll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists superconducting foundry engineers and software engineers to make our technologies a reality.

This position will serve on-site at Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum MD.

Responsibilities:

Stand-up software test architecture for a legacy COTS application

Collaborate with developers SM and POs to identify critical tests

Write and perform all tests to ensure quality software products prior to software release

Basic Qualifications for UI/UX Engineer:

Bachelors degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience

Working knowledge in one of the following languages: C Winforms

Experience in developing unit tests refactoring code and smoke tests

Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications for UI/UX Engineer:

Experienced in creating and deploying a test architecture for legacy applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

Utilized Atlassian software suite

Experience working within an agile scrum framework
