Job Summary

Description

You will report directly to our R&D Manager and youll work out of our Muncie IN location.

In this role you will impact the future of technology by leading research and development initiatives that enhance safety sustainability and productivity across various industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct research and development activities aligned with the organizations strategic goals.
  • Provide engineering support for existing products within the portfolio.
  • Design and execute experiments simulations and analyses to drive the development of innovative technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage expertise and resources for R&D projects.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
  • 6 years of experience conducting research and development initiatives within a technology test or manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years experience in areas such as OPTICS development electronics sensors UV sensing materials science or related fields.
  • Must be US persons due to contractual requirements
  • Practical (hands-on) product test experience within last three years in a collaborative laboratory and test environment.
