Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVACR Technician to join our this role you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing HVAC-R systems for commercial properties. Youll work on a variety of projects ensuring comfort and efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Ensure all systems meet safety and quality standards
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC-R systems
- Communicate with clients about system status and needed repairs
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Work efficiently and independently managing time effectively
- Participate in monthly team events and ongoing training

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC-R technician preferably in commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of HVAC-R systems components and controls
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Relevant certifications (EPA NATE or similar) are a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Compensation: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
