Summary:

We are looking for experienced software developers with:

*strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

*ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure smooth coordination

*experience with migrating legacy enterprise apps into microservice architecture along with data migration

*ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Responsibilities Design develop test and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Flask Django deliver high- performance APIs. - Write reusable efficient code following best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic - Architect and implement distributed scalable microservices leveraging Temporal workflows for orchestrating complex processes. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers - Debug and resolve technical issues and production incidents - Follow agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Relevant certifications are a plus

Mandatory Skill sets - Strong proficiency in Python 3.x. - Collaborate closely with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines for Python projects ensuring smooth deployment to production environments. - Integrate with various databases (e.g. Cosmos DB) and message queues (e.g. Kafka eventhub) for seamless backend operations. - Experience in one or more Python frameworks (Django Flask) - Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like pytest and unit test to ensure code quality

and reliability. Awareness of observability monitoring and security practices.
