About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer / SQL Developer to design and build high-quality marketing data assets. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining two core marketing databases (b2c and b2b) enabling Wiley to run smarter campaigns and deliver deeper customer insights.
Youll work closely with colleagues across data marketing and technology ensuring that our data is not only accurate and well-structured but also directly usable by end-users. The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver with strong SQL skills a good grasp of data modelling and the ability to translate raw data into business value.
Experience with marketing or publishing data is a plus but most important is the ability to think critically about how data will be used and to deliver solutions that meet those needs.

We are committed to fair transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wileys good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to geographic location skills and competencies.
