Whats the role
Were looking for a leader of leaders to backfill a Senior Manager Regulatory Reportingposition to cover a 9-month parental leave absence. This leadership position will ideally see you based in either Paramatta or Adelaide but were open to considering experienced applicants from any state within Australia.
Youll oversee a mature team of colleagues managing day-to-day financial crime prevention activities focused on regulatory reporting including Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) International Funds Transfer Instructions (IFTIs) and Transaction Threshold Reports (TTRs). Youll have 4 x Direct onshore reports 44 x onshore Analysts and 7 x Direct reports offshore.
This role combines significant leadership operational discipline and strategic oversight. Youll ensure compliance with regulatory obligations optimise processes and drive continuous improvement with an AI overlay while managing risks related to money laundering terrorist financing and other financial crimes.
